Conditions for Exchange
* Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
* Exchanges are available for the same design in a different size or color.
* Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Who covers Shipping Costs for wrong items?
We cover shipping if the exchange is due to an incorrect item or size sent by us. However, customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges due to reasons other than an error on our part.
Can we return Personalized gifts?
Customized Gifts are made as per requested order and cannot be exchanged.
